AI consulting and advisory

We advise companies that are building or adopting artificial intelligence on the decisions that come before and around the engineering: which problems are suited to a machine learning approach and which are not, what data would be needed and whether it can realistically be obtained, how an internal team or an outsourced arrangement should be structured, and how to judge whether a system is working once it is running. Engagements are scoped case by case and are advisory in nature — we work alongside a client's own team rather than taking delivery ownership of their product.

Managed operations for AI companies

Small AI companies often need a functioning office and a working back office long before they need staff of their own to run one. We take on that work as a managed service: securing and running office premises, facilities and upkeep, equipment and supplies, vendor and landlord relationships, administrative support, and coordination with the client's own finance and compliance advisers. The company currently provides office and operations management on this basis for an AI company based in Gurgaon.

Data annotation and labelling

Annotation is the work of turning raw material — text, images, audio, recorded interactions — into labelled data that a model can be trained or evaluated against. In practice it means agreeing a labelling specification with the client, training annotators against it, running the work in reviewable batches, and checking a sample of every batch so that disagreements are caught and the specification is tightened where it is ambiguous. This was the company's founding line of business in 2019. We describe it here as a capability we retain and can staff rather than as a service we are currently marketing.
